To return an item, it must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 5-7 working days from the delivery date.
(Note: Recording an opening parcel video is mandatory for initiating a return and must be done upon receiving the parcel.)
3.2 Return Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
