Delivery Policy

1.1 Domestic Delivery:  

For domestic orders, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping may deliver within 7 business days. These times are estimates and may change due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 International Delivery:  

For international orders, estimated delivery times vary by destination country and selected shipping method. International deliveries can take 15-30 business days. Customs procedures, local holidays, and other factors may cause additional delays.

Return Policy

3.1 Eligibility:

To return an item, it must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 5-7 working days from the delivery date.

(Note: Recording an opening parcel video is mandatory for initiating a return and must be done upon receiving the parcel.)

3.2 Return Process:  

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@silaye.in with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

3.3 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return is complete.
