Refunds:

– Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

– Refund requests must be made within 2 business working days from the delivery date.

We’ll review your request and provide further instructions. Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account. Please note applicable payment gateway charges of 3% for prepaid and 2% for COD orders.

– Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

– Items marked as final sale or clearance.

– Customized or altered items based on your request.

Exchanges:

3.1 Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please ensure the following conditions are met:

– Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

– Exchange requests must be made within 2 business working days from the delivery date.

3.2 Exchange Process: Contact our customer support team at support@silaye.in with your order details and details of the desired exchange item. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, subject to product availability.

3.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the exchange process is completed.
